We strengthen the organizations that serve communities
TPF’s Collective Care in Action Capacity Building Institute provides technical assistance, workforce development, strategic planning, and organizational readiness support for schools, healthcare organizations, community-based organizations, and public agencies. Delivered in collaboration with Innovative Wellness Consulting.
What Is Capacity Building
Communities are only as strong as the organizations that serve them. When organizations are under-resourced, under-trained, or misaligned with the communities they serve, the gap between what people need and what they receive widens.
TPF's capacity building work closes that gap. We work alongside organizations at every stage, from those just beginning their wellness journey to established systems seeking to deepen their impact, to build the internal infrastructure, workforce, and strategic clarity needed to create lasting change.

The Collective Care in Action Capacity Building Institute is TPF's flagship organizational development initiative, delivered in collaboration with Innovative Wellness Consulting. Organizations completing the Institute pathway receive technical assistance, peer learning support, access to the TPF and IWC resource library, and ongoing office hours consultation.
