Strengthening Black Mental Health

A coalition of clinicians, advocates, and organizations building sustainable mental health infrastructure in Black communities across Los Angeles.

The Black Mental Health Task Force is a coalition of clinicians, community advocates, and organizational partners committed to building sustainable mental health infrastructure in Black communities across Los Angeles. If you are a clinician, community advocate, or organizational leader who wants to be part of this coalition, we want to hear from you.

Why It Matters

The Task Force supports Black and African Heritage communities seeking culturally grounded care and advocacy. It works on systemic reforms that close gaps in access to care so Black individuals, families, and youth get the support they need to thrive.
