Community Partners can be identified as a school, agency, church, or other organization that supports communities impacted by issues related to poverty such as exposure to violence, domestic violence, substance abuse, homelessness, abuse and neglect, etc. Community Partners may have noticed an adverse affect on the mental health of the community as a result of these stressors and are interested in developing a therapeutic service component in their organization to reduce symptoms and improve community overall health and well-being.

Current Member Tools:

The Therapeutic Play Foundation aims to improve community health and well-being by identifying need, assessing for risk, and collaborating to provide play based mental health resources that strengthen children and families. If you are a community member interested in receiving services directly from the Therapeutic Play Foundation, or you know someone who might benefit, please complete the Parent Child Strengths and Needs Identification Survey by clicking the button below to initiate the intake process.
This survey will allow us to create a more informed and comprehensive intervention for each client. There may be limited space in the program depending on the interest. If limitations occur, participants will be randomly selected. Once your survey has been submitted, a TPF team member will be in touch within one week to discuss details of how we can help you in your community.
